Eaton Township Board of Review will meet at the Eaton Township Hall, 3981 E Clinton Trail, Charlotte, Michigan 48813 on March 3, 2026, to receive and review the assessment roll.
Public meetings to hear assessment appeals will be held on the following dates and times:
Monday, March 9, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The tentative ratios and the estimated multipliers for each class of real property for 2026 are as follows:

Assessment Notices
An Assessment Notice is sent out annually, usually about February. The purpose of this change notice is to notify you of the proposed Assessed and Taxable Value of your property. The Assessed Value represents 50% of the estimated Market Value, and the Taxable Value represents the amount your taxes will be based on. Taxable Values cannot increase greater than the rate of inflation, unless there has been a change in ownership or you have made physical improvements.
