Synopsis of Unapproved Minutes

Eaton Township Board Meeting, February 4, 2010. All members were present.
Action taken by the Board:
1. Approved amending the agenda and January 2010 minutes.
2. Received Treasurer's report and payment of current expenditures.
3. Forgave fire run #0467.
4. Referred draft township hall use agreement back to committee with comment.
5. Approved using an outside company to prepare and mail the assessment notices for the township.

The next scheduled meeting will be Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Eaton Township Hall located at 3981 E. Clinton Trail, Charlotte.
