Synopsis of Unapproved Minutes for the month of August 2008

Eaton Township Board Meeting, Thursday, August 7, 2008. Present were Supervisor Droscha, Treasurer Dolman, Trustee Bankhead, Trustee Hunt, and Clerk Cleary.

Action taken by the Board:
1. Approved minutes and received Treasurer's report.
2. Approve payment of current expenditures.
3. Tabled action on proposed noise ordinance.
4. Approved the re-appointment of Carolyn Peters to the Library Board.
5. Approved amending the budget increase to road projects due to increase in asphalt prices.
6. Approved renting the farmland surrounding Center Eaton Cemetery for 2009.
7. Approved no longer participating in the Charlotte Recreation Council.
8. Approved Trustee Hunt and Trustee Bankhead representing Eaton Township on area wide committee for recreation.

The next scheduled meeting will be Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at the Eaton Township Hall located at 3981 E. Clinton Trail, Charlotte.
