Synopsis of August 2010 Unapproved Minutes

Eaton Township Board Meeting, August 5, 2010. All members were present.
Action taken by the Board:
1. Approved the changes to the agenda, approved minutes, and received Treasurer's report.
2. Approve payment of current expenditures.
3. Recommended approval of CU-9-10-12 for home business.
4. Tabled the open burning ordinance until next month.
5. Approved bid from Roger's Lawn care to clear the township property behind Charlotte Exchange.
6. Approved road maintenance on Long Hwy.

The township is currently seeking a Library Representative to serve on the Charlotte Community Library Board and represent Eaton Township. Anyone interested please contact the Clerk at 517-543-3308 or eatontownshipclerk@cablespeed.com.

The next scheduled meeting will be Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Eaton Township Hall located at 3981 E. Clinton Trail, Charlotte.
